The Samity has held its Durga Puja at the Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore Co-operative Puja Ground in Chittaranjan Park since 1976, and 2026 is its fifty first year. It is one of the most decorated pujas in Delhi NCR: seventeen honours since 2009, from the Times of India's Durgadevi Namastute to Narayani Namastute's "Shera o Shera" in both 2024 and 2025.
The Samity counts an average of around 1,00,000 devotees a day from across NCR. Before the five days it runs Amod Promod, a fortnight of competitions and a food festival on the same ground, and on Kali Puja night it holds Shri Shri Shyama Puja.

For the 51st year the Samity brings out a Souvenir with important information, Govt. directives, stories and articles by eminent scholars and laureates, distributed among visiting VIPs, guests, residents and people across Delhi NCR. It carries advertisements from brands, corporates and business houses.
