Shipping, returns and cancellation

Prices and GST

Prices on product pages are before GST. GST is added at checkout at each item’s own rate, and the delivery charge carries GST at 18%. The total you see before paying is the total you pay, and a GST invoice is issued for every paid order.

Delivery

Delivery is charged at checkout, from ₹79 depending on the pincode. Your items are packed in our boxes and sent by courier (Delhivery). Most orders arrive in 2 to 7 working days after pickup, and in at most 10 anywhere in India. Checkout shows the expected dates for your pincode before you pay: an order placed before 2 pm is picked up the same working day, a later one the next. The courier’s tracking number is emailed when it ships.

If you need the items for a particular puja date, tell us at checkout. Before a festival we stop taking orders for a city once they can no longer arrive in time, and checkout says so.

Orders are paid online when you place them. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel from your order page until it is packed. If you paid online, the full amount comes back to the account you paid from; Razorpay usually takes 5 to 7 working days to return it to your bank. An online order that is not paid within the hold time is cancelled on its own and nothing is charged.

If we have to cancel, for example because an item ran out, we tell you and refund everything you paid, delivery and GST included.

Returns

Each product page says which of these applies to it.

7 day return

Return within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packing.

Return only if sealed

Returnable only while the seal is intact. Once samagri is opened it cannot be taken back, which is both a hygiene rule and a matter of respect for what it is used for.

No returns

This item cannot be returned. If it arrives damaged we replace it, so report any breakage from your order within 48 hours.

If anything arrives broken or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, from your order page or at namaste@dharmkriya.com. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, whatever the item’s return rule.
